Journeys of the Heart Novella Collection

Last week saw the release of The Journeys of the Heart novella collection! I'm super-excited about this collection. I just finished reading Camy's and Winnie's novellas on Tuesday. I LOVED them. And I know you will, too. My own contribution to this collection is a story that melted my heart.

To celebrate this release, I'm giving away a print copy of this collection!  The rafflecopter to enter the drawing is below.

Here are the story summaries:

From merry old England to the wilds of Texas, take a delightful journey into adventure and romance alongside a feisty spinster, an English lord, a trail boss, a determined widow, and an unusual train companion—a parrot.

The Gentleman’s Quest by USA Today bestselling author Camille Elliot

When a man's body is found in the stables of Heathcliffe Manor, all evidence points to Christopher Creager as the culprit. The only one who can help him is the woman he hasn’t let himself go near: Honoria Dunbar. But when he enlists her help he discovers Honoria is facing a life-sentence of her own…

The Road Home by Winnie Griggs

Anisha's life is just beginning, and Wyatt feels like his is over. How can a displaced, exotic beauty and former surgeon help two grieving orphans find a forever home?

The Trail Boss’s Bride by New York Times bestselling author Erica Vetsch

Trail boss Steve Ketchum hates river crossings, but before he can get his cattle started across he's got to move an abandoned wagon out of the ford. He goes to haul it away--and discovers the last thing he ever expected. The wagon contains a newly-minted widow—and she’s expecting, too.

This is the photograph that inspired my story The Trail Boss's Bride. It pretty much sums up my story perfectly.

  7. One of my journeys, for several months now - is one of many tests, doctor appointments, etc., for diagnoses on several discovered health issues. The journeys I'm traveling via books are welcome ones that bring joy and inspiration amid those unpleasant ones. 'The Trail Boss's Bride' looks like another of your touching writings that I will love, Erica - can't wait to read it and the other novellas in this collection. 'The Cactus Creek Challenge' was such a joy to read!! Thank you for these beautiful stories!!

  13. First of all, congrats Erica on another new release!! Can't go wrong with three fabulous writers in one book. All of your stories sound good and one that must be on my to-read list ;-)
Secondly, I think all of life is a journey! I read a saying that I really like, "It's not the destination that counts, it's the journey" (or something like that). Especially my walk with the Lord, it's been quite an adventure sometimes and I don't always know where He is leading, I just trust Him to get me where I need to go :-D Can't go wrong with that!
Thank you for the chance to win a copy of "Journeys of the Heart"

P.S. That picture just seals it for me :-)

    1. Melinda, if you've read any Camy Tang, you've read Camille Elliot. :) When she writes regency, she uses her pen name so as not to confuse her brand. I hope you get a chance to read her novella in this collection. It's worth the time!

  21. Our family just completed a journey (for the most part.) My husband has PTSD and after a tumultuous year at work about 4 years ago he hit an all time low and was in and out of the hospital and heavily medicated for the proceeding 3 years. I was becoming concerned that it would define the rest of our marriage, but the Lord is so faithful. My husband is nearly medication free and back to the ambitious and motivated man that I married 20 years ago.
