What's Your Chocolate?

Since many of you are not coffee guzzlers, what about Chocolate?
with permission: www.freedigitalphotos.net

My top 5 favorite chocolates:
 1. Nutella
 2. Smore's made over the burner or camp fire
 3. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
 4. Ferrero Rocher Fine Hazelnut candies
 5. Brownies--the ooey-gooey-chewy kind!

Chocolate confessions:
Do you hide your chocolate from yourself?
Pace yourself or no-holds-barred?
Have it on hand all the time, or treat yourself to something special?
Or have any of your favorite novels included chocolate in any way?

  1. I love you.What a fab-uuuuu-lous way to wake up!

I have to pace myself, since I'm hypoglycemic and today's chocolate is tomorrow's extremely delicate balance of the right foods at the right time in order to balance out the spikes from the sugar assault. I've been in deep sugar shock and it is NOT good. NOT GOOD.
But...in my dream world, I'd pace myself. Liar!!
I'd basically have it pumped by IV.
    Nutella gves me a migraine.
    S'mores? MMMMM.
    Love the Reese's
    Yup!
But the Mother of All Chocolate?
    Cadbury Dairy Milk.
    AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

  2. I keep chocolate in the same refrigerator drawer as the fruits and vegetables. :)

  3. can you believe I'm not a huge chocoholic? I think I more than make up for it in coffee though. When I am in the chocolate mood, a good round of nutella with bananas or toast satisfies. That or Reeses' pb cups. Or hot fudge sundae cake. Or a chocolate macchiato. Or ... well ... you get the idea...

  4. I'm a dark chocolate nut! My absolute favs are Fannie Mae dark chocolate vanilla butter creams - my weakness. Also very fond of Sno Caps.

I adore the old candy bars now with dark chocolate - Milky Way, Reese's, Kit Kats...

    I don't hide chocolate. It's a special treat. Now I want some!

  5. Oh, I LOVE chocolate! As for novels that include chocolate, I really enjoyed Love Finds You in Hershey, Pennsylvania. A sweet read! Might be a good re-read for Valentine's... :)

Jaime actually wrote a great scene about chocolate in her last WIP that I still love! :)
No spoiler, I"ll only say it involved frosting. :)
